2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms or if you engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities through the App.

4.1 The App may allow you to submit, upload, or share content, including designs, plans, documents, or other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Enginectra a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and sublicense the User Content for the purpose of providing the App's services.
4.2 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4.3 We reserve the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
